We now offer two separate conferences. The SMILE Conference® and now also, the iSMILE Conference. The SMILE Conference is the well-known 3-day event that's been the go-to for police training in social media use for community outreach and event management since 2010. The iSMILE Conference is Investigator's SMILE Conference and is all about investigating criminal evidence in social media. You may attend one or the other or both as they overlap on Wednesday.

The SMILE Conference has pioneered the adoption of social media by law enforcement agencies across the world for public outreach, crime prevention, and forensics. The SMILE Conference has become both the go-to and most trusted source by law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Terms & Agreements

• There are no refunds unless the event is canceled by LAwS Communications.
• Substitutions are allowed if arranged in advance.
• Any registration that is not paid in full by Oct 15th, 2021 will be canceled unless other arrangements are made in advance by calling 978-764-9887.
• Agencies that require any document to be signed and notarized and/or the completion of online vendor registration may be asked to pay an additional $25 fee per occurrence. We are happy to fill out and return vendor forms.
• Registrations at the EXTRA early-bird rate ($449) must be paid in full by Nov 30th, 2018.
